And if you want to change your address offline, then you can go to the Ministry of Transport and get the address of your driving license changed by giving address proof and application.

Note: – Whenever you go to the ministry to change your address, address proof, and Aadhar card, driving license should be carried along with it and also its Xerox.
If the address is updated online then there is no delay in it. New address is added within 1 day.
