For online debit card request, first, you can login in Canara Bank net banking.

In the next step, you have to confirm your request. After this, an OTP will come on your registerd mobile number, which you have to confirm and submit.
You have successfully applied for a new debit card, now within a few days your new card will come to your registerd address.
